Production of Christmas tree decorations
A story in which traditions come to life and are passed down from generation to generation. Each stage has its own special meaning.
1. Birth of an idea
It all starts with an idea. First, the shape of the toy emerges, like a small message from the past to the future.
2. 3D model and prototype
Based on the sketch, we create a 3D model of the future decoration: we check the proportions, set the glass thickness and technical zones. Then we print a 1:1 plastic prototype to check the shape in our hands: symmetry, stability, ease of hanging. If necessary, we make adjustments and approve the shape.
3. Making a master mold
Based on the approved prototype, we make a heat-resistant master mold that sets the exact contour during blowing. We grind and polish the mold, check the clarity of the details and technological grooves. We conduct a test blow molding so that each toy shines on the Christmas tree like a Christmas star.
4. Glass miracle
An ordinary glass tube in the hands of a craftsman is transformed into a mold. It is heated over a fire and blown out, giving the outlines of a sphere or a more complex figure. This process is like the breath of life - the warmth of human hands and breath create something new and fragile.
5. Silver plating is the heart of jewelry
A special solution is poured inside the transparent mold, which settles on the walls and turns it into a mirror-like, shining one. This symbolizes the purity and brilliance of the star that once led people to Christmas.
6. Baseboard
A metal cap is placed on the neck of the ball, which is a base with a loop. It covers the thin glass and at the same time gives the decoration the opportunity to take its place on the Christmas tree. Symbolically, it is a crown, the completion of its journey from sand and fire to the glow on the holiday tree.
7. Paints and decor
Artists apply paints, glitter, and ornaments by hand. Every brushstroke or sprinkled sparkle is like an embroidered cross on a towel. Here, patterns from different regions of Ukraine, folk symbols, and modern fantasies come to life. You can read a little story in each decoration.
8. Technical control
The craftsman inspects each piece of jewelry: whether the color is even, whether the silvering is shiny, whether there are any cracks. After that, the quality control team joins in and checks each piece of jewelry again.
9. Packaging
The decorations are carefully packed in boxes with cardboard and paper straws to protect them during transportation. Because each ball is not just a product, but a future family heirloom, which is carefully taken out every year before the holidays. It unites past memories with present moments.
10. Shipping
After quality control and packaging, we agree with you on the method of receiving the decoration. We deliver across Ukraine (Nova Poshta, courier) . The result is that the decorations arrive safely and on time to become part of your holidays and traditions.
