Delivery across Ukraine

• We send by Nova Poshta to the branch or by courier to the address.

• The cost is according to the carrier's rates; delivery is paid by the recipient.

• Delivery time: usually 1–3 business days after shipment (depending on region).

• We pack all orders in protective boxes with product fixation.

Pickup

• Factory/warehouse pickup available.

• Address: Kyiv region, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Vesnyana Street 25

• When picking up the order, it is possible to inspect it on site.

Payment

• Cashless payment on account (for individual entrepreneurs/LLCs).

• For individual/branded orders: prepayment of 50%, the rest - according to the terms of the contract.

Shipment overview

• We recommend checking the integrity upon receipt at the branch/from the courier.

• In case of damage, draw up a report with the carrier and notify us within 24 hours, adding a photo/video. We will help resolve the issue according to the carrier's policy.
