Exchange and return terms

The product is subject to exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that special conditions are not specified in the contract, and provided that its presentation and integrity are preserved.

If the product arrives damaged or broken, please provide photo confirmation and we will replace it with a whole toy, provided that it is available in stock.
